Senior Payroll Manager - Remote

Overview

Ensono is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager of Global Payroll to lead our payroll operations across the globe. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing a global team of payroll professionals spanning the globe currently including payroll in the US, UK, Poland, Germany, and Brazil.

In Short

• Lead, mentor, and develop a disbursed payroll/accounting team of 3+ professionals across the globe.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for all global entities.
• Establish and maintain standardized payroll processes and controls.
• Manage and oversee the resolution of associate questions.
• Assist with preparation and review of payroll journal entries.
• Work closely with CPE, Finance, and Legal to support business needs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for complex payroll inquiries.
• Partner with IT teams to optimize payroll systems integrations.
• Drive global process improvements.
• Assist with global reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a global payroll leadership role.
• Strong expertise in global payroll systems (Workday, ADP).
• Exceptional people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Skilled at balancing strategic leadership with operational excellence.
