Overview

The Coding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the coding activities within the company, ensuring that goals are met and staff is effectively managed and trained.

Requirements

• 3 years of coding experience in healthcare settings.
• Leadership experience.
• Completion of Anatomy and Physiology and Medical Terminology courses.
• Knowledge of coding classification systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in keyboarding and computer skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Current professional coding certifications (CPC, CCS, etc.).
