  • Skilled in diagnosing coding and reimbursement challenges.
  • Excited by AI/automation opportunities in workflows.
  • Comfortable balancing execution with ownership of initiatives.
  • History of building structure in fast-growth settings.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
