Overview

As a Customer Care - Operations Manager at Enpal, you will handle various customer inquiries, correct billing errors, and assist customers with their electricity bills while collaborating with other departments.

In Short

• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Correct erroneous electricity bills in collaboration with Customer Service, Accounting, and Energy Operations.
• Assist customers with questions regarding their billing.
• Support the collection of outstanding payments and find suitable payment methods with customers.
• Actively contribute to the optimization of billing processes.

Requirements

• Structured and responsible work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ideally, experience in the energy sector or billing processing.
• Clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Wilken is a plus.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service or a similar position is preferred, but newcomers are welcome.
