People Resources Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The People Resources Business Partner will join a team of smart, business-minded and hands-on HR professionals. As a PRBP supporting our Small Business team at Enova, you will partner directly with senior leadership and managers to deliver results and keep engagement levels high. Your primary focus will be to help your clients meet their business goals while living Enova’s core values.

In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR best practices.
• Main contact for employees within client groups for employee relations issues.
• Work closely with Talent Development on performance management processes.
• Analyze metrics and employee feedback for team effectiveness.
• Administer and enhance established People policies and procedures.
• Develop strong relationships with Centers of Excellence in HR.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried employees.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
• Ability to handle relationships judiciously and empathetically.
• Strong technical/analytical skills, especially in Excel.
