ISO Success Manager - Remote

Overview

The ISO Success Manager will develop and maintain relationships with small business owners across North America, providing support and education on lending options.

In Short

• Manage Enova’s long tail ISOs.
• Provide Partner and Customer Support during the sales process.
• Manage and track sales pipelines.
• Input operational and underwriting cases.
• Assist Account Managers with partner requests.
• Educate Partners on product and process updates.
• Stay updated with new products and policies.
• Learn OnDeck Operations Sales Process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales support or operations.
• Proven experience in sales support or operations support.
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Can-do attitude to assist sales teams.
• Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships.
• Strong analytical skills for managing salesforce.com forecasts.
