• Lead and grow strategic lodging partnerships across hotel chains and PMGs.
• Serve as a senior external representative in complex partner relationships.
• Develop lodging supply partnership strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on supplier-facing capabilities.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on lodging distribution and supplier economics.
• Support Engine's role as a technology partner to lodging suppliers.
• Establish scalable approaches for supplier engagement and partnership management.
• Monitor industry trends to inform prioritization and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in high-impact partnerships in travel or fintech.
• Proven track record in structuring strategic partnerships for growth.
• Experience working with large partners at the executive level.
• Strong commercial judgment in evaluating tradeoffs.
• Comfort with platform and technology-adjacent topics.
• Ability to lead cross-functionally in fast-scaling organizations.
• Executive presence and clear communication skills.
