Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (UK), Rechtsanwalt (Germany) or Abogado (Spain).
• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience at a recognized commercial law firm.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements in financial services.
• Ability to independently own transactions from term sheet to signature.
