In Short

• Work with HVAC, water heating, and heat pump manufacturers and contractors.
• Drive energy efficiency incentive program performance.
• Serve as a resource between program leads and outreach teams.
• Track and report market activity and developments.
• Support new and existing outreach plans.
• Analyze program participation statistics and market data.
• Develop trade ally and market actor relationships.
• Provide program training and support to market actors.
• Participate in program meetings and planning sessions.
• Conduct frequent business travel locally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related position.
• Experience in energy efficiency preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with market actors.
• Familiarity with HVAC and water heating preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred.
• Willingness to conduct frequent business travel (30-40%).
• Ability to thrive independently.
• Exposure to construction supply chain is a bonus.
