• Lead the program for an Illinois-based Energy Efficiency Utility Program.
• Manage overall direction, quality control, and completion of program deliverables.

• Minimum qualifications include 5-7 years of relevant experience and project management skills.

Requirements

• 5 years of work experience with a degree; 7 years without.
• Bachelor's degree in an energy-related discipline preferred.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for business.
