Energy Solutions is seeking an Energy Efficiency Project Manager I for Foodservice Programs to support point-of-sale instant rebates in California and the Western U.S., contributing to energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions.

In Short

• Conduct outreach to maximize participation in rebate programs.
• Review and submit rebate claims, supporting claim processing.
• Organize in-person meetings and collaborative sessions.
• Coordinate program status meetings and resolve issues.
• Manage project budgets and tasks with minimal oversight.
• Communicate program progress to management and clients.
• Interact with clients and external collaborators.
• Track utility and energy efficiency trends.
• Contribute to strategy and program design development.

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Regional travel of up to 20% required.
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Technical writing and presentation skills.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• High attention to detail.
