Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy.
• Strong technical background in solar energy systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
