Overview

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support and training for clients using our software products, ensuring they can effectively utilize our SaaS and Cloud offerings.

In Short

  • Provide timely and accurate technical support for software products.
  • Take ownership of support cases from start to finish.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting and modeling advice.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain and update user documentation and knowledge base.
  • Learn and master PLEXOS software and related technologies.
  • Support onboarding of new clients.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their needs.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with programming or database management (VBA, Python, SQL).
  • Knowledge of power market operations and energy economics.
  • Experience in SaaS product support.
  • Ability to create educational content for clients.
  • Team player with a self-starter attitude.
  • A degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Engineering, Economics).
