The Director, Education Programs and Partnerships is a strategic relationship-builder that is passionate about expanding the reach and impact of Encourage - our free college and career planning program that supports educators and students.

In Short

• Serve as leader on the Marketing team, representing the Partnerships team in cross-team collaborations.
• Lead the growth and development of existing partnership programs.
• Drive engagement with national partner organizations and their networks.
• Build brand recognition through sponsorships and events.
• Identify resource needs for marketing and content teams.
• Collaborate on outreach campaigns to drive program adoption.
• Champion the Encourage program to key partnership leaders.
• Provide feedback to enhance market intelligence and product.

Requirements

• Direct management and leadership experience in Marketing or Relationship Management.
• Familiarity with college access organizations preferred.
• A strategic planner who uses data to drive decisions.
• A proactive problem-solver with critical thinking skills.
• Confident public speaker with outstanding presentation skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
