Overview

The Director of Partnerships at Kojo is a high impact role focused on helping us win market share by expanding our presence across multiple channels. This position involves building and strengthening internal and external relationships that drive revenue, grow awareness, and help execute new routes to market.

In Short

  • Build and grow relationships with technology, referral, and reseller partners.
  • Map and engage the entire ecosystem with the CEO and VP of Growth.
  • Research new channel opportunities aligned with market trends.
  • Lead partnership negotiations and ensure compliance.
  • Implement a partner account management plan.
  • Present market research and strategies to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Build infrastructure to track and enable the partner ecosystem.
  • Represent Kojo at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in channel partnerships.
  • Experience in the software industry; construction tech experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience in cross-functional projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with empathy for customer challenges.
  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
