Support to Concept Development for NATO C2 Service Capabilities - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing support to the Concept Development for Minimum Level of Command and Control (C2) Service Capabilities in NATO-led Missions, working primarily off-site with regular meetings.

In Short

• Support the NDS led Tiger Team in developing MC 0593/2 Draft.
• Conduct editorial reviews with Subject Matter Experts.
• Participate in Agile sprints for project deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for input and feedback.
• Manage and report on Sprint progress and outcomes.
• Work off-site with occasional on-site requirements.
• Ensure compliance with NATO security clearance requirements.
• Participate in regular planning and status update meetings.
• Deliver reports and documentation for each Sprint.
• Maintain quality assurance for deliverables.

Requirements

• Must possess NATO SECRET security clearance.
• Experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
• Strong editorial and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with NATO operations and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with sprint planning and execution.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Knowledge of CIS and DCIS network management is a plus.
