SMIROnLine Software Development Support - Remote

Overview

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is seeking software development support for the SMIROnLine web application. The contractor will provide a team of developers to enhance the functionality, develop new features, and resolve software bugs.

In Short

• Provide software development support for SMIROnLine.
• Work offsite with occasional in-person meetings in Belgium.
• Develop and test software modules using C#, JavaScript, .Net, Bootstrap, and JQuery.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum processes.
• Coordinate with existing software development teams.
• Conduct unit and automated testing of software components.
• Engage in regular status meetings via Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain quality standards for software deliverables.
• Work on multiple sprints with defined objectives.
• Required NATO SECRET security clearance.

Requirements

• Experience in software development, particularly in C#, JavaScript, .Net, Bootstrap, and JQuery.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Ability to conduct software testing and quality assurance.
• Experience in participating in sprint planning and execution.
• NATO SECRET security clearance is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills for virtual collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings in Belgium.
• Prior experience with NATO or similar organizations is a plus.
