Overview

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is seeking a Digital Training Media Creation Specialist to support the modernization of IT services by creating high-quality multimedia training content for user transition to public cloud platforms.

In Short

• Work remotely with occasional travel to Brussels or The Hague.
• Create multimedia training content on Microsoft 365 and related services.
• Produce video tutorials, guides, and visual learning aids.
• Align deliverables with NATO branding and accessibility standards.
• Measure content effectiveness and contribute to improvements.

• Manage SharePoint knowledge hubs and training paths.
• Participate in feedback loops and analytics for content improvement.
• Work under the direction of Cloud Operations Manager and Project Training Coordinator.

Requirements

• Expertise in multimedia production and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong background in digital communications and enterprise learning design.
• Experience in user-centric content development.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Camtasia).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and multilingual content deployment.
• Proficiency in SharePoint management and training material structuring.
• Willingness to travel up to one week per month.
• Must hold a valid NATO SECRET security clearance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
