The Senior Development Support Engineer plays a critical role in supporting customers' DevOps environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring customer success through technical support and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Java Application troubleshooting.
• 1-2+ years experience with Jenkins.
• 5+ years experience in Linux system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Nice-to-have: Java development proficiency and cloud platform expertise.
• Certifications in relevant tools are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer-facing technical support is advantageous.
