Senior Software Engineer (Front End) - Remote

Overview

This position involves developing rich client web applications and requires a strong ability to adapt to challenging problems while working as part of a cohesive team.

In Short

• Develop client web applications using JavaScript and frameworks like React and AngularJS.
• Construct, comment, unit test, and end-to-end test user interface programs.
• Work with Business Analysts to meet business needs through technical design.

Requirements

• 4+ years of front-end/UI engineering experience.
• 4+ years of back-end engineering experience in Java.
• Experience with modern front-end tools like Webpack and Jest.
• Strong knowledge of databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
• Experience writing unit tests for UI components.
• Working experience with browser APIs.
• Any experience with Git, Java, Maven is a plus.
• Knowledge of client-side visualization libraries is a bonus.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and work in a team.
