The Client Service Specialist acts as a liaison between Empower advisors and clients, focusing on client outreach and appointment setting for the advising team.

• Contact clients on behalf of Empower advisors.
• Conduct internal and external portfolio reviews.

• Troubleshoot client issues with the Financial Dashboard.

Requirements

• Experience in proactive outbound calling.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of investment products and services.

• Bachelor's degree with a Personal Financial Planning concentration.
