Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in partner or channel marketing.
• Proven experience in building and scaling partner programs globally.
• Ability to switch between strategic planning and execution.
• Strong project management skills across time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and proactive in a remote-first environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and community platforms.
