Requirements

• 8+ years in integrated, partnership, or community marketing in blockchain or crypto.
• Proven track record in campaign planning across all marketing channels.
• Deep understanding of the crypto/DeFi ecosystem.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage projects at scale with attention to detail.
• A passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
