We're seeking a Paralegal to join our legal team at Uniswap Labs. If you're a seasoned paralegal who loves diving into complex problems, taking ownership of projects, and helping teams work better together, this could be a great fit. You'll have a strong focus on compliance work while also jumping in to support the broader legal team wherever needed. Ultimately, you'll help us build and refine the legal and compliance infrastructure that supports our mission of creating accessible, secure financial tools for everyone.

In Short

• Design and lead compliance monitoring and reporting projects.
• Implement compliance documentation processes and workflows.
• Serve as subject matter expert in regulatory requirements.
• Assist with compliance risk assessments and identify gaps.
• Coordinate with external compliance consultants and regulatory bodies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration on compliance processes.
• Support litigation team with document collections and case management.
• Assist commercial counsel with due diligence for partnerships.
• Identify process improvements across legal operations.
• Manage and execute small to medium legal projects.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related paralegal/compliance experience.
• Proven ability to lead design and execution of complex projects.
• Experience working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
