As Engineering Manager for the Protocols team, you’ll guide the engineers who design, build, and harden the smart-contract systems that power Uniswap V4, UniswapX and beyond.

Requirements

• 8+ years total software engineering experience, including 3+ years in EVM smart-contract systems.
• Proven track record shipping contracts with significant TVL and zero critical exploits.
• Deep knowledge of the EVM and DeFi mechanics.
• Hands-on experience leading smart contract security efforts.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
