Requirements

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a people management role.
• Deep experience in supporting and maintaining production systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects end-to-end.
• Collaborative leader with a focus on building trust and teamwork.
• Champion a growth mindset among team members.
• Strong focus on reliability and performance in engineering practices.
