Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist (Payroll) at Employment Hero, you will be responsible for ensuring customer support and success after implementing our Payroll product, addressing customer issues, and collaborating with teams to resolve queries efficiently.

In Short

  • Work remotely within the Customer Experience team.
  • Resolve customer tickets, calls, and queries related to payroll.
  • Collaborate with support teams to educate customers.
  • Analyze product functionality and identify user errors.
  • Escalate product issues as necessary.
  • Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Utilize Zendesk and Salesforce for ticket management.
  • Contribute to feature requests based on customer insights.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service/support.
  • Relevant Australian payroll experience.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
