Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of our exceptional service, assisting customers with their equipment needs and ensuring a smooth rental experience.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rentals.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot.
• Answer customer questions about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education.
• Work in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including moving equipment.
• Willingness to work in a moderately risky environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player with a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to learn and use new technologies.
