Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will assist customers with their needs, ensuring exceptional service while working in a supportive team environment.

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers.
• Use smartphone technology for managing rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
