Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and handling customer data securely.
  • Ability to think quickly and provide practical solutions.
  • Willingness to work a fixed schedule (8 am - 4 pm), with potential for evening or weekend shifts.
  • Stable and fast internet is essential for remote work.
