• Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and custom itineraries
• Book and manage flight reservations using Amadeus or similar GDS systems
• Liaise with hotels and vendors to secure accommodations and negotiate rates
• Create personalized travel itineraries tailored to client needs
• Manage invoicing and payment tracking using QuickBooks
• Make outbound calls to hotels, tour operators, and service providers
• Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and client preferences
• Provide prompt and professional customer support before and during trips

Requirements

• Prior experience in travel planning or coordination
• Proficiency in Amadeus or similar booking platforms
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and reliably during assigned hours
