Overview

U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative, where you will assist customers with U-Haul products and services while ensuring exceptional service.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Answer customer questions regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education.
• Physical exertion may be required.
• Work environment involves some risks requiring safety precautions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Willingness to use protective clothing or gear.
• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
