Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of the company, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring exceptional service.

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers.
• Use smartphone technology for rentals and inventory.
• Inspect and maintain equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Physical ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
• Willingness to follow safety precautions.
• Availability for hands-on working interviews.
• Certification for propane filling and forklift operation offered.
