In Short

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in-person with professionalism and care
• Process daily customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Issue RMAs and credits for product returns
• Set up new customer accounts and representatives in our system
• Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed
• Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal CRM systems
• Identify and suggest improvements to service processes and strategies
• Support cross-functional teams and perform general administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Experience working with both business and consumer customers
• Basic knowledge of lighting or technical products is a plus
• Familiar with product specs, order timelines, and returns
• Comfortable using ERP systems like SYSPRO, SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Friendly, patient, and focused on customer satisfaction
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Proficient with office software and quick to learn new tools
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
