Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of U-Haul, helping customers with exceptional service and ensuring they receive the assistance they need while inspecting and maintaining equipment.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers.
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot.
• Answer customer questions and educate them on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
