Customer Service Representative / Lot Attendant - Remote

Overview

U-Haul is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives, where you will assist customers with their needs and maintain equipment.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center.
• Use U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
• Work in a supportive team environment.
• Receive on-the-job training and bonuses.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a moderate-risk environment.
• Physical ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
• Willingness to use safety gear as needed.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Motivated and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle physical exertion.
• Commitment to ongoing education and training.
• Must not use nicotine products (in certain states).
