Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of exceptional service, assisting customers with equipment inspections, rentals, and returns while ensuring a supportive team environment.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification provided upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification provided upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
• Receive on-the-job training and bonuses.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a moderate risk environment.
• Physical capability to lift equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Willingness to follow safety precautions.
