Overview

U-Haul is seeking friendly and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative, where you will assist customers with their needs and ensure exceptional service while managing equipment.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and handle returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
• Work in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work around moving parts and machines.
• Capability to handle physical exertion and move equipment.
• Willingness to use protective gear when necessary.

• Must not use nicotine products in specific states.
• Strong customer service skills.
