Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring the maintenance of equipment.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rentals.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot.
• Answer customer questions regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education.
• Work in a moderate-risk environment requiring safety precautions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work around moving parts and machines.
• Ability to use protective gear as needed.
