U-Haul is seeking friendly and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative, where you will assist customers with U-Haul products and services while ensuring exceptional service.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment.
• Answer customer inquiries and prepare rental invoices.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with moderate risks and special safety precautions.
• Physical ability to lift equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
