Customer Service Representative / Lot Attendant - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of our exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring equipment is properly maintained and inspected.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers.
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Answer customer questions about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
• Certification offered for filling propane and driving a forklift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a moderate-risk environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
