Overview

U-Haul is seeking friendly and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative, where you will assist customers with equipment rentals and provide exceptional service.

In Short

• Provide customer service at U-Haul centers.
• Use technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Inspect and maintain rental equipment.
• Assist customers with questions about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and manage returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive forklifts (certification provided).

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to participate in safety training.
• Must be able to lift equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors and indoors.
• Willingness to use protective gear as necessary.
• Strong communication skills.
