Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of the company, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring they have a positive experience while using U-Haul products and services.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional customer service inside and outside U-Haul centers.
  • Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals.
  • Inspect and maintain rental equipment.
  • Assist customers with questions about products and services.
  • Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring.
  • Drive forklifts (training provided).
  • Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
  • Work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment.

  • Commitment to maintaining a healthy work environment.
  • Must not use nicotine products.
