In Short

• Lead the execution of strategic technology enablement initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Develop and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency across the technology function.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage and document technology-related meetings, track action items, and drive accountability.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance metrics to track progress and inform decisions.
• Oversee the intake and prioritization of new technology tools, maintaining visibility into usage and renewals.
• Support workforce planning by aligning technology resources with strategic objectives and budget forecasts.
• Partner with finance and tech leadership to manage capacity and forecast headcount needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements across technology workflows and reporting practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, business operations, or reporting roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong background in agile or iterative project execution.
• Proficiency in project management and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Excel, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and technology adoption strategies.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
