Overview

Tebra is looking for a Technical Project Manager to spearhead the strategic execution of Business Systems projects and initiatives across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Accounting, and Marketing.

In Short

Translate business goals into actionable technical requirements.
Lead and manage end-to-end Business Systems projects.
Partner with business and technical teams for alignment.
Lead Steering Committee updates and executive reporting.
Oversee deployment of Business System changes.
Identify risks proactively and optimize resource allocation.
Engage with executives and department leads.
Implement financial forecasting and budget management.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT Program Management.
Deep expertise in Salesforce and financial systems like NetSuite.
Strong understanding of integrations and automation platforms.
Proven experience in driving large-scale enterprise projects.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills for executive-level discussions.
Experience with Agile methodologies and change management.
Proficiency in project planning tools.
