The Senior Manager, Sales & Education (East) will lead strategic business initiatives across all e.l.f. Beauty Brands, driving retail sales goals, coaching a field team, and enhancing brand market share.

  • Execute training for new sales and education coordinators.
  • Manage performance and recruitment of sales team.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal and external partners.
  • Travel 50% - 75% of the time for events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in retail cosmetics.
  • Experience managing remote or multi-location teams.
  • Strong understanding of beauty retailers, especially Ulta Beauty.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive sales through relationship building.
  • Independent worker with prioritization skills.
