Overview

The Senior Account Manager will focus on business growth in India and Australia, managing relationships with key mass cosmetics retailers and distributor partnerships.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee account budgets and financial reporting.
  • Analyze retailer and distributor performance.
  • Understand local market dynamics in India and Australia.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are culturally relevant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service levels.
  • Manage key components of retailer/distributor P&L.
  • Travel within the assigned region as needed.

Requirements

  • Based in Ahmedabad/Mumbai, fluent in local language and English.
  • Flexibility with working hours for APAC and UK/US time zones.
  • BA or BSc required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Senior Sales within the Beauty Industry.
  • Experience working with distributors.
  • Strong business acumen and financial ability.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Passion for digital and omnichannel sales strategy.
