Overview

The Manager, Customer Supply Chain is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience to key customers by collaborating on supply chain improvements and managing day-to-day activities.

In Short

  • Lead Customer Specific Supply Chain Projects and initiatives.
  • Assess opportunities to improve customer supply chain and reduce operational costs.
  • Develop understanding of retail customer's distribution strategy.
  • Produce qualitative/quantitative data using analytical tools.
  • Influence productivity for both e.l.f. Beauty and customers.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Support onboarding of new customers.
  • Provide weekly sell-in data and associated risks.
  • Participate in customer demand forecasting.
  • Teach and influence internal organization on customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG supply chain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or analytical field preferred.
  • Experience in a startup business with limited processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in building relationships with key customers.
  • Able to work autonomously and manage workload.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
