Overview

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Manager with a passion for communication and experience in Google Shopping Ads to help our clients maximize the value from our products.

In Short

  • Manage existing client relationships and address product-specific inquiries.
  • Guide clients through onboarding and ensure they feel supported.
  • Document important client information in CRM.

  • Work closely with the CEO, CMO, and Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a systematic approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1).
  • Experience in Client Success, Customer Experience, or Key Account Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with online agencies in the e-commerce sector is a plus.
  • Degree in Communication, Management, or Marketing.
