Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Secfix, you will support customers from the DACH region, managing their lifecycle and ensuring they receive top-notch service in a remote environment.

  • Experience in customer success management at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts with a technical audience.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams.
